2) Skills Intelligence
The Skills Intelligence Emilia-Romagna tool shows, in interactive mode, data on skills and professional profiles sought by Emilia-Romagna companies operating in the areas of specialization of the Smart Specialization Strategy regional. It is aimed in particular at operators in the world of training and higher education to encourage the updating of training courses in line with the needs of the regional labor market. The tool is made up of three areas: announcements, hiring and needs.
Skills Intelligence Emilia-Romagna is an initiative of the Emilia-Romagna Region, created by ART-ER Attractiveness Research Territory, with the support of the European Social Fund+ 2021-2027, with the collaboration of the regional employment agency, Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna , Clust-ER associations, Big Data association, and Lightcast technical support.

3)Rimini Blue Lab
Rimini Blue Lab was born out of the awareness and desire to support, create, and strengthen the blue soul of the city of Rimini. It promotes education on sustainability and fosters the enhancement, protection, and responsible management of marine resources as an integral and essential part of the city.
Our mission is to promote, share, and support knowledge and a culture of the sea, the sustainable use of its resources, and a respectful and mindful lifestyle.
We engage in dialogue and co-design with young people, schools, and associations to help protect and preserve the natural heritage and well-being of our city.
Role of Clust-ER Tourism
Clust-ER Tourism is a member of the Committee and contributes with a focus on the Tourism sector.
4) FAST-ER
Fostering Advanced Solutions for Tourism Business in Emilia-Romagna
The FAST-ER project was created with the goal of promoting innovation and competitiveness in the tourism sector of Emilia-Romagna by facilitating connections among local businesses and generating concrete opportunities for collaboration and co-design.
Through targeted networking activities and thematic workshops, FAST-ER aims to actively engage local tourism operators – from SMEs to startups – in a dynamic ecosystem focused on sharing advanced, sustainable, and digital solutions for tourism.
The project aims to:

facilitate the matching of supply and demand for innovation in the tourism sector;

stimulate the development of new project ideas through co-design processes involving businesses, institutions, and local stakeholders;

strengthen the skills and adaptability of tourism enterprises in response to market changes.

5) RI³ – Network of Innovative and Inclusive Enterprises
Project:
RI³ – Network of Innovative and Inclusive Enterprises
RI³ – Network of Innovative and Inclusive Enterprises is a project initiated by Community 27 with the goal of promoting an inclusive, sustainable, and innovative business model for the tourism sector of the Romagna Riviera.
The network is founded on the awareness that tourism can be a driver of cultural and economic change, generating a positive impact on the local area while offering services that are accessible to everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, health conditions, or economic status.
RI³ involves beach resorts and hospitality businesses that aim to make inclusive hospitality a core strength, working together to ensure:

✅ Environmental and social sustainability
✅ Innovation in tourism services and guest experiences
✅ Staff training on diversity, equity & inclusion
✅ Enhancement of the local area through collaborative networks
